At PULS* there are different opening hours for queer young people aged from 14 to 26 years. You can find out what these are here:

• Tuesday 5:00 pm – 9:00 p.m girls/boys alternate every week
• Wednesday 5:00 pm – 9:00 p.m  open to all
• Friday 5:00 pm – 9:00 p.m queer specials
• 1st/3rd saturday Queer Brunch/trans* & sports
• all other saturdays changing events

Specials//

• every first wednesday of the month 4:00-5:00 pm Newcomers
• every third friday of the month 3:00-7:00 p.m. U14 meeting (10-14 years)
• every first saturday of the month 11:00 a.m. – 3 p.m. Queer Brunch
• every first friday of the month 7:00-11:00 pm Adults only (from 18-26 years) 
• every third saturday of the month trans* & sports
• once a quarter on Fridays 7:00-11:00 pm PULS* Alumni
