At PULS* there are different opening hours for queer young people aged from 14 to 26 years. You can find out what these are here:

  • Monday 5:00 pm – 9:00 p.m open to all: Cooking evening
  • Tuesday 5:00 pm – 9:00 p.m open to all: Let´s talk about…
  • Wednesday 5:00 pm – 9:00 p.m TIN* evening
  • Thursday 5:00 pm – 9:00 p.m open to all
  • Friday 5:00 pm – 9:00 p.m open to all

Specials//

  • every first Thursday of the month 4:00-5:00 pm Newcomers
  • every first Friday of the month 3:00-7:00 p.m. U14 meeting (10-14 years)
  • every first Saturday of the month 2:00-6:00 p.m. TIN* & Friends
  • every last Friday of the month 7:00-11:00 pm Adults only (from 18-26 years) 
  • every third Monday of the month from 5.00 p.m. TIN* sports
  • every second Friday of the month 4:00-8:00 p.m. writing workshop
  • once a quarter on Fridays 7:00-11:00 pm PULS* Alumni
