New faces are always welcomed at PULS*!

So you can just drop by at any time…

… but if you feel a bit unsure, you can enter PULS* once a month an hour before opening time and get to know the rooms, the team and maybe other newcomers.

The day for newcomers is the first Thursday of a month from 4:00 – 5:00 pm

You can always find the exact date on our Instagram account.

However, you are also welcome to write to us or call us beforehand if you have any questions or are unsure.

And don’t stress yourself out – everyone was nervous before they came to PULS* for the first time! 😊
